Our Founder

Founder Anne Coleman brings a rich and nuanced academic background to her professional practice, anchored by her Master of Science in Developmental Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Her graduate studies focused on the intricate dynamics of interpersonal communication and cognitive development, providing her with a deep theoretical understanding of how humans learn, interact, and communicate.

With 15 years of experience as an English Instructor in prestigious independent schools, Anne has been at the forefront of communication education. Her innovative curriculum went beyond traditional literature and writing instruction, strategically developing students' core communication competencies. Anne's professional journey extends beyond traditional academic settings. Her leadership in professional theatre companies has been instrumental in developing her unique approach to communication coaching. As a theatre director, she honed skills in guiding performers to understand and embody narrative structures, developing emotional intelligence as a core communication skill, and directing transformative productions for all involved. 

Her expertise further expanded into the high-stakes world of political communication, where she served as a speech coach for successful national political candidates. In this arena, she specialized in precise message framing, advanced public speaking and movement techniques, and persuasive communication strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.

What sets Anne apart is her ability to seamlessly integrate insights from psychology, education, performance, and political communication. Her holistic approach views communication as both an art and a science—a skill that can be systematically developed and personally mastered.
